Sparrow joined them in the physical world once more and started down the street and out of the alley almost immediately. She stopped when she reached the main street, and coughed and snorted as the smell of smoke and car exhaust filled her nostrils. After a while she gave up. She turned around, and looked at the two homids, not even bothering to look like a dumb beast (or she just wasn't very good at it.) I can't pick up their scent, she barked at them.
But it didn't matter. Because at that moment another howl echoed through the streets. Adiyah could tell it was closer this time. It was also very different. This was a desperate and terrified scream for help: A howl of succour.

Yvonne pauses only a moment to look from Sparrow to Adiyah, before she breaks into a run towards the howl, dropping any pretense of being defenceless and pushing and weaving through the bystanders as quickly as she can to reach the distressed howl.

Adiyah is only a step behind Yvvone, now time is too short for anything except answering that call. Someone was in trouble, and she knew that pretty soon, they'd all be right in there with it.
She did her best to dodge the passerby as she ran, working to keep up.

Sparrow's ears perked up at the howl. She too took off running. In her Lupus form she quickly overtook the others, but seemed to have trouble navigating the streets. She knocked over a woman with shopping bags, and almost crashed into a pram.
Adiyah soon started lagging behind the other two. She found herself struggling to keep up with the blonde girl as they weaved through the street.
And soon enough, they heard the howl again, this time more urgent. It led them off the main road, and further North. Finally, they arrived at the foot of a hill. There was no path up, or if there was, it was so neglected and forgotten that it had completely disappeared from view. The brush grew wildly and thickly, making it a difficult climb up. Somehow, the plants looked dark and evil, as if they had a mind of their own, and were intentionally shrouding up the hill to make it harder for anyone to reach the top.
"They're here," Sparrow managed to bark as she slowled down a little.

Yvonne glances around behind her, they were too close to the innocents to be too obvious right now, so as she turns back to find a route through the undergrowth she grows, bulking up in size and strength, suddenly looking far from sweet and innocent. After taking a moment to spot the clearest route, she drives into the foliage, ripping bramble and branch away so she can move through with speed, climbing over denser patches and even clambering up and leaping from trees to cover the ground faster.
((shifting to glabro... relying on regeneration to not get torn up))

Adiyah took an extra minute to catch up to the other two and by then they were moving again. She slowly caught her breath as they went up the hill, then started to follow them.
I'm no warrior, what am I getting myself into? Well, for starters this is a way to meet others, and more importantly, this might make it a safer place for my family.
She felt renewed a bit after the rest and jogged through the brush, when she felt she was far enough away she shifted form and grew a bit, not taking to the trees though.
((also shifting to glabro, and still trailing behind the others to save the power for the fight))

Sparrow had a harder time pushing herself through the brush than the two homids. It tore at her fur, leaving a trail of blood on the thorns and branches behind her, until, about halfway through, she gave and shifted to Chrinos.
As they got closer, they could hear the unmistakable sounds of battle looming up ahead.
Yvonne reached the top first, followed closely by Sparrow in Crinos. It was a dreadful climb, and every time her body healed a cut, it was replaced with a new one. But finally she stood in front of the ruins of an old monastery.
The ruins were old and falling apart, and the brush had grown all over it, so it looked as if the Earth was trying to swallow the place up. They didn't seem to be in front of the main entrance. In fact, there was no entrance this side of the structure except for the courtyard.
Adiyah caught up shortly, tired and out of breath, the cuts and bruises on her Glabro body closing up as she reached the courtyard too.

Yvonne pauses as she catches sight of the monastery, taking a moment to take stock of things while giving her body a brief rest. She absentmindedly plucks a branch out of her hairs and smooths it out as she realises the state she's in. What a mess! These clothes are ruined! She glances back as Adiyah catches up. "Alright, I'll do my best to pick out whichever ones are tainted, but it wont be easy around here. We're going to have to be careful until we know who is who." Whatever sign of the climb tiring her out was gone as she took to the war form and started circling around the monastery.

Adiyah was relieved that they'd finally reached a spot where they could gather themselves for the fight. She had done her best to go slow so she had enegry to spare, but when a howl for help was sounded, one usually rushed as fast as they could.
She looked at the old monastery, getting an uneasy feeling. She nodded at Yvvone. "Will do."
With a final glance downward to make sure no one was close enough to see, she too shifted to Crinos, thinking it best not to go in unprepared. Finding it faintly amusing she didn't even know the names of either of these, she forged on ahead, trailing behind Yvvone, keeping eyes and ears open for trouble.

Sparrow looked puzzled at Yvonne's statement, and only then seemed to realise that neither of the two girls had even met the locals. "I will recognise the pack that runs with Judgment-from-the-Skies," she said. "I have met them..."
The three of them were now in Crinos. They could hear the sounds of battle, which to an average human would have sounded like a fierce rabid dogfight. It would have led them around the monastery, through the brush and to the other side, where the pack was fiercely battling the hive's guard. Sparrow was almost there, leading the others to the battle.
But something made Adiyah stop and reconsider. She was sure she heard something. It was the fierce sound of Garou snarling, and oddly, it seemed to be coming from underneath.
Yvonne can definitely sense taint here. It is even stronger than in the city, and somehow, it seems to leak from the building and the trees that surround it, and even the ground they were standing on.

"Ok, so as long as no-one else has heard the call we should be able to pick our opponents." Yvonne glances back to make sure Adiyah wasn't lagging behind and, seeing her stop, stops also after a couple more steps. "What is it?"

Adiyah listened to Sparrow, glad at least someone knew who to look for, and nodded, moving to follow them to the fight.
Then that sound, someone snarling, sounding like it was almost..........underground, beneath the building.
She looked around, then found Yvvone's eyes staring at her. "I.......hear someone, snarling, sounds like it's right below our feet. It's not a dog, or other animal, it's like ours. Makes no sense though, does this place go below ground?"
She looked around for a place that it might be emanating from, like a hole in the ground.

Sparrow hadn't stopped. She had bounded over the leftover stones of the courtyard's destroyed wall, and disappeared behind the structure.
Adiyah, however, was sure she'd heard something. She scanned the ground along the stone wall, running along it until she found what she was looking for: The hole in the ground.
There was just enough room for one of them to slip through, but not in their warforms. There is defintely something loud and messy going on inside, but the lack of light makes it difficult to get a good look at the fight.

Yvonne looks from Adiyah to whatever she's searching for and spots the hole eventually. "Two fights then." She kneels down next to the hole and tries to get a better look inside, although she doesn't stick her head through the hole quite yet...

"I don't think this is where the cry for help came from though. Your friend seems to have gone on ahead without us."
As Yvvone looks into the hole, Adiyah crouched beside her, looking left and right, catching no sign of the other garou that was with them. She looked at the hole again, frowning.
"Have to be homid or lupus to get in there. What should we do?"
