Anna followed behind Vasara too, ripping through Cloud-Dancer's webs as she walked. She trusted Kamut and Nadya would keep an eye out. They were much better equipped for that task anyway.

Nadya pauses to give the building one more look around, watching for scouts peeking over the edge or another pile of spiders to come swarming out. Then she turns to the others and catches up quickly, inspecting the deep ugly tear across her shoulder and chest now she's got the chance. "I've been hit worse."

Kamut gives Katrine a nod as she's freed, before joining in the withdrawal with his pack.

As they moved away they saw the three spiders that had been chasing Simeon and Hands-of-Mercy returning to the building. They also saw a number of beady black eyes watching them through the windows of the webbed-over first floor, but there was no more sign of pursuit. Once at a safe distance they were able to regroup with Hands-of-Mercy and Simeon and remove the webbing from those still bound up without much difficulty.
Everyone is freed, Jess and Cloud-Dancer return to full rage There are no more immediate threats though you're still in the inner city, so there's no shortage of pattern spiders

Vasara put Cloud-Dancer back to her own feet and turned his eye on surroundings. His crinos head tilted from side to side as he watched for potential threats. "Looks like we are clear, but be ready. We still might get company." His warty troll-skin had deep gashes, but as the skin started to smooth down and his fur returned to normal, it seemed that he had managed to stay unharmed. Vasara briefly looked at Nadezhda's wounds, they were deep, but as she said they were nothing compared to wounds Vasara had anticipated they might have suffered inside.
"Inside was Wyld-spirit fighting Weaver, or at least it looked like it. Kamut also sensed Wyrm inside." Vasara looked at Kamut if he had anything to add and then at Anna, after all, she was the one who managed to actually communicate with the Spirit.
"Nice job outside, everyone had fun?" he said bluntly, even if in the end everyone but Simeon and Hands-of-Mercy had been webbed down. His growling voice didn't hint any emotion or dissappointment, but he had been a bit surprised to see Spiders still standing when Slagbröder finally got out. He finally gave approving nod to Simeon and Hand's-of-Mercy, at least they had been fighting smart, using their own strong capabilities and mobility to avoid the webs.

It was with the same semi hopping motion that had made Katrine almost laugh their first time to the building that Simeon slowed and approached the group, feet wiggling because of the webbing between his paw pads. “Twice in one day.” He muttered to himself. But he was barely winded and in fine spirits, it had felt good to be doing something and even more so something he was good at. He gave a slight nod to Hands of Mercy before sitting down. “Good shooting there.” Once he was seated he commenced to tear the little bit of webbing that had got him while he listened to what Vasra said. “A regular tea party the three are having.” He commented through spit out webbing, but it was all he said for now as he waited to hear what the other two had to add.
Vasra’s nod did not go unnoticed, and for some reason the Strider only gave a simple nod back. No flippant remarks, no humor or bragging, just a nod and a slight wag of his tail to show he had seen the look and understood.

Hands of Mercy's scarred wolf form trots up alongside Simeon. He returns Simeon's nod of acknowledgement. They'd done their job well enough. Vasara's nod of approval gets a similar response from him as it did from Simeon, as he doesn't disguise his happiness at drawing some small share of acceptance and respect for his strength. For now he doesn't speak, but waits for those who'd been inside to say what they'd discovered.

Finally freed from the webbing, Jess feels about ready to hit something, and it's not the spiders she's most pissed off with. Still, she has more sense than to try and lamp the Adren Fenrir, and so just glowers at those gathered as she shifts back into Homid. Her expression softens a little when she spots Jona up and about and she moves over to stand next to him.
She looks expectantly at Anna, waiting to hear how little useful wisdom the war-pack's Fenrir Theurge had managed to glean from the city's Umbra.

"That could have gone worse," Cloud-Dancer said with an appreciative nod towards Slagbroeder. It would have gone a lot worse if they hadn't shown up in time. "Glad to see you made it out in one piece." She had overestimated the group outside. She didn't know them well enough yet, but today had shown her a lot about them. The Bone Gnawers had seemed in over their heads. She and Katrine had practically been fighting alone near the entrance. "That should teach us not to underestimate the pattern spiders," she said. "Let's keep moving, before they object to us being here." She started to walk towards Ragnarok, waiting for Anna and Kamut to fill in the rest of Vasara's story.

Anna walked next to Vasara and Cloud-Dancer. She glanced up at Nadya a few times, but didn't offer to heal her. It wasn't because she was still pissed off at her. She just didn't want to be the one to suggest it.
"The spirit was bound," she said. "By Black Spiral Dancers. They put it here, for whatever twisted purpose. It is trapped between the Weaver and the Wyrm, and I think it's been driven insane. We have to free it, although it'll probably just attack us even if we do. But we still should. I can't do it though. It'll need a powerful Theurge."

Jona got rid of the last pieces of webbing, keeping an ear on the conversation and an eye on his packmate to make sure she was all right. They hadn't done very well, but he wasn't too bothered by that. Even the Fenrir had gotten overwhelmed.
"Why would they bind it here to begin with?" he asked once the Theurge finished speaking. "Seems a bit too much trouble to go to just for spite. And with the Wyrm there... I'd be really worried what they're hiding in that building."

Likewise Kamut makes no move to heal Nadya, she isn't showing any signs of it slowing her down anyway. He does wonder if she would be able to ask to be healed even if she did need it, it's debatable whether she or Kasiya is more arrogant. Coming out of his thoughs, Kamut nods in agreement with Vasara. "Yes, there was a trace of the Wyrm. It wasn't very strong there, so it was probably coming from somewhere else in the building."

Jess listens to the Fenrir theurge's report with some interest. It sounded like the girl had managed to find something useful there, but her implication that she expected a Wyldling to be something other than insane showed up her ignorance again.
"What did you see in there, smell, hear, feel? What signs are there of this in the Realm? And what is that building used for or sitting on or near?"

Katrine was right behind the others itching for a fight, but it solved nothing flying at each other or what ever came around. “If I was making trouble, stirring up the hornets nest would be a perfect distraction.” It was her most popular theory that the Spirals where drawing their attention away from their real plans. Non of the attacks lately had been serious, like they really meant it and on her first day she had seen on of the Spiral Elders, which meant that they had the means, only they where not using them

"Could be, have us running around whilst they get into position to strike." Saxon nodded at Katrine's comments. "It could seem so from their actions up to now. Hit us but never anywhere important, keep us off balance. Question is of course where is there main target, the caern?"
He glanced back at the building, "We need information on the Spirals and we need to shut down their route over the wall. So Anna can Happy back there keep for the moment?"
