"So this sword belongs to this 'Anna' then. She might enlighten us later on the issue." Slit-Throat said and clearly finished the conversation. "You're dismissed."
He walked next to the fireplace and placed the sword on the wall, hanging from it's crossguard from a nail. "Good Trophy." Slit-Throat looked at Micah. "We seem to have a shrine for fallen here." he pointed at the pictures. The caern seemed to be missing something.
"From now on we will have a Wall of Trophies here..." SLit-Throat pointed at the wall where the sword now hung "...to commemorate our Victories too. Let no-one touch these without my permission."

"Thank you Warder. If you have need of me again, I will be in my shop."
He gave Slit-Throat a formal bow and Danny one as well. Adran then turned to Katrine and said, "If you would like to speak more on what I've learned about the book, meet me at my shop."
He gave Katrine the address and phone number and after giving Micah a smaller bow, made his way out of the library. He then got into his car and started the drive back to his shop.

-- Some time later --
Nadya bursts through the door ahead of the other members of the pack, she isn't particularly enamoured with the idea of disrupting her day just for someone else to get some stripes. She sits herself down on one of the tables and waits for them to get the inevitable foreplay out of the way.

As Nadya and co arrived at the library and headed up the front gate, they saw a strange car parked near the entrance. The driver disembarked shortly and looked a little lost. She stared over at the library and then at the group approaching. She was an attractive girl, probably around eighteen years old, with reddish-brown hair and a fringe that seemed to have trouble staying out of her eyes. She stayed near the car uncertainly for a while and waited for them to near the gate, but didn't say anything yet.

Saxon smiled as Naz charged ahead and through the doors. She seemed to have a wasp up her ass but then again when did she not? He looked at the strange car and the driver as she stepped out.
Young he thought, and then he slowed, "Can we help you?"

The girl watched Nadya walk up to the library and gave Saxon a smile. "I don't know," she said. "Are you in any way averse to heavy lifting?"
She promptly popped the boot of the car and revealed a large bag in the back.

A smile flitted across Saxon’s face, "I have been known to lift weights." He walked over to the car and looked down at the bag. Reaching in for the bag he commented, "Anything interesting?"

Vasara glanced at the girl. If she was a threat, she would have already removed by people living in the caern. He shrugged his shoulders. These days even that was not so sure. Not after Danny's willingness to protect the Spiral-Cub. Vasara's thoughts took a turn into violence. Where was the bastard? Did it actually have guts to move outside or was he just hiding somewhere? Vasara's eye went from left to right, trying to find any clues of the Spiral. He entered the caern, leaving Saxon to carry the bag if he wanted to. That was a task certainly not needing two to accomplish.
"Where the fuck is everyone?" Vasara murmured.

”Depends on what you find interesting,” the girl said with a smile as she zipped open the bag and revealed a number of large oldfashioned blacksmith tools. How she even got all those things in the boot was a mystery. They looked quite heavy. “I'm Christiane, by the way,” she said. “Thanks for the help.”
Once Vasara entered the Caern, it became very obvious where everyone was. The library's main reading area, which Vasara stepped into through the front door, was actually a lot more lively than it had been in a while. Vasara recognised Micah and Danny standing near the fireplace, and Cloud-Dancer and the cub, David, who he had met the day before. A man with a stump for an arm was also there. Vasara didn't recognise him. He did recognise the sword they had retrieved from the ritual. It was hanging on the wall.

Nadya glances up from her perch as Vasara enters, then resumes watching stumpy suspisciously.

Vasara grunted something like a greeting to Micah, and glanced Danny without even trying to cover his suspicions about the Strider. He gave a respectful nod to Cloudy-Dancer, even after she had dumped the idiot cub to his hands she was still the superior he admitted amongst the caern-crew. He basically ignored the idiot Cub for now, they would have enough time in the future to play happy family.
Stumpy. Vasara stared at him and opened his mouth to say something.

"Who the fuck are you?" Slit-Throat interrupted and snapped at Vasara with his raspy voice. "You are staring at Slit-Throat Packmangler, ahroun son of Fenris, ranked as athro, current Warder of this Sept. Keep up with the staring and, one-handed or not, I will ram your own head right up to your arse."
Slit-Throat glanced back at Nadezhda too. At least she was not staring. "What? Never seen such a handsome bloke before?"

Anna walked in just in time to see Slit-Throat deliver his own special brand of introduction. The whole thing was so reminiscent of Vasara's own special way of greeting newcomers, that she had quite a hard time hiding her amusement at watching Slit-Throat beat him to it. She stood by Vasara and tried not to show how much she was enjoying this moment.

"Not one that looks like he's been chewed up and shitted out like you." The fact stumpy is barking angrily at Vasara gets a grin from Nadya, but she doesn't shift from her perch or stop looking at him. "And then left to attract flies in the fucking sun."

In a very human act, Micah covered his face with his hand as Nadya mouthed off to the new warder. If only all garou grew up with their wild cousins, then they would learn rank and order, and not be so....human. Sighing he shifted his stance a bit, waiting to see what Slit-Throat did. After all, he was warder and he needed to assert that position or loose face.
