As Danny turns to her Lorelei nods, feeling a deep seated sense of relief. She was not ready to go this alone at all. "I will be careful...I'm not ready to announce the fact I am a werewolf to the world, I doubt I ever will be." Listening to the order, for want of better phrase, she jerks her head. "Very well...and I look forward to more information." She was glad of the break...she had to let it sink in. "So the park tomorrow...what time?" She prepared herself to memorize the address and begins moving in the same direction of him. She was certain her parents would have noticed by now she was gone...but she didn't really care.

"Remember, the world isn't quite ready to hear it either. I don't think it will ever be. That is why we protect the veil. If humans were to be alerted that monsters like us exist, they would be mad with worry and hunt us down. Only our kin can know. They understand us, they are part spiritual themselves, and do not suffer madness when they see us in our true form." he turns his head around, still walking towards the park's exit. "How does noon sound to you? Do you think you would be able to make it?"

She pads along with him, knowing what he said was true. Why else would horror movies be called horror...but still, she was going to have a word with her mother about the more mundane side of her carnal relations and lies...she was however content to wait until Danny thought it prudent."I will remember, and I won't speak of it to any until I know for sure." As he turns she meets his eyes and nods simply. "I should be at college but somehow its not interesting me as much as other things at present." She repeats it as confirmation...she'd always done that for some reason. "Here at noon. Got it."

Kaleb nods his head. He did not mind sleeping in the park, but it might be wiser to stay in groups. "I know where he works, I can go there now tomorrow you want or we can all go in mid day after we meet up with her." Kaleb suggests looking about the park, his tummy growling again. He would stop at the 5th garbage can in from the park, it had the best left overs.

Danny stops at the park exit and turns around. "Don't worry about college. Your real education is just about to begin. They don't really teach you anything you can't learn for yourself, and anyway, anything you can't learn for yourself is not really worth learning. Now it's dark, and late, but let's try and look more like a bunch of lovable strays than a pack of rabid wolves." And with that he turns around and exits the park.

Kaleb nods his head and follows Danny out of the park. No food tonight I guess. He shrugs it off, his kin had some food still. Hey, he was a growing boy. He makes his way out of the park and heads in the direction danny takes off in.

Lorelei ran with them, leaving the park and thinking somewhat annoyed about all the years she'd spent learning when she could have been doing other, better things. Think loveable stray. Smiling, not that you could tell, she follows them. They were heading in her direction so far, she might as well go with them until they deviated, if they did.

The bald-headed man sits on the park bench, newspaper neatly folded on his lap. He removes a cigarette packet and silver Zippo from his trenchcoat, taps out a cigarrete, and places it between his lips.
Returning the packet of cigarettes to his pocket, he lights the cigarrete, and absent-mindedly plays with the Zippo for a moment, flicking the flame on and off, before returning it to its place.
Staring off into the distance, he takes a drag of the cigarette as he unfolds his newspaper.
He skims over the headlines, not really taking much notice at all, as a small black spider climbs unnoticed out of his boot and scurries off into the park...

Danny walks through the park, trying not to look too out of place. This wasn't easy, considering he was talking to a dishevelled teenaged street bum. He barely notes the man on the bench, after all, there was nothing strange about a bald man with a newspaper. But he picks a spot a little further away, because he didn't want to be overheard by anyone, no matter how inconspicuous they looked.

kaleb looks about the park, and back at Danny. "Do you think she'll show on time? Do you think her parents might have held her up? When do we eat again? Can we go eat with her?" He looks at all the passerbyers and the man on the bench. "Hey he's got a paper, maybe there are some coupons for food in it." He heads over to the guy on the bench.

Christian flicks the page of his newspaper, paying little heed to the approaching teen. For all intents and purposes, he was just some guy sitting in the park, enjoying a cigarette and trying to read his paper...
The little black spider, on the other hand, acts as his eyes and ears, quickly skittering through the towering blades of grass to a nearby tree.
Passing by a large moth, the spider climbs the trunk, it's spindly legs sticking like glue to the thick bark. It continues to climb, finding a branch which hangs over the path through the park, a perfect vantage point...

Danny reaches out and places a large hand on Kaleb's shoulder, pulling him back. "Let's not draw attention to ourselves." he whispers severely. "What's the hurry anyway, you've just had breakfast." He looks around for Lorelei, masking his concern with a faint smile, his hand still on Kaleb's shoulder. Something about the man on the bench wasn't right. He couldn't put his finger on it, but he kept watching him apprehensively. "Why don't you find one of those Fellytone booths and call Warren."

Christian looks up as the large man chastises the boy. He gives them a courteous nod and slight smile, before taking a long, final drag of his cigarette, snubbing it out on the bench, and returning his gaze to his newspaper.... The small black spider watches the scene take place from its lofty perch, and begins lowering itself down a silken stand of webbing. Hovering only inches from the larger man, it waits for the right moment, before severing the strand of silk, plonking itself on the man’s shoulder. The spider quickly skitters into a fold of clothing, its makeshift transportation unaware of his new stowaway. ((I’m guessing you wouldn’t get much of a Perception roll to notice an itsy-bitsy spider dropping from a tree, but if you like, I’ll make a Stealth roll... Oh, and you might notice that the man on the bench has no discernable scent... if you're paying attention... ))

Kaleb shrugs his shoulders and puts his hand out. "Yeah I guess so, got some money?" Kaleb looks at the man on the bench and then back to Danny. He only wanted some coupons for some food, he didn't mean any harm. Kaleb looks around. "She's running late I think. Think she got spooked? Or maybe her classes are running late, or her parents held her up a bit." He shrugs again. "Warren, yeah he might be at work...I could try him there." Kaleb looks down at his palms waiting to see if Danny would give him the money to call Warren, after all what street bum had money like that?
( I dont sniff people either like that...only food catches my interests..)

Danny places a hand in his pocket and pulls out a bunch of coins. "Yeah I forgot about that." he says apologetically. "Not sure which ones you need though, they all look the same." He shoves the coins into Kaleb's outstretched hand, thinking they should have taken Lorelei's number too.
((Note: Yeah, because I go around sniffing everyone?))
