"We are understanding of the strains that your gift can put on any attempt to live a normal life, many like you are ostracised and condemned. With that in mind, we are able to provide accomodation for you." She smiled comfortingly. "Privacy, comfort, rare comodities to anyone living on the street."
"We would like to register you with our programme, in it you can meet others like yourself. The programme is purely for research purposes, in an attempt to understand the talent more fully. Perhaps you will even discover something new about the talent yourself."

He realises that it will be a prison. His best chance of escape relies upon getting away between this prison and that one. The problem for Kasiya is that he's more than a little curious to see what other specimens they've gathered, whether or not they're willing.
What could I do against the Hag with allies like these? Or if they're enemies, with their liberated pets?
"I would like to see your programme. Meet these people."
He leans close, to deliver a confidence.
"I have travelled so long and so far, four walls would be the end of me. I need to be free to walk the streets. I come to you willingly, but can you give me that?"

"Of course, you will not be held against your will. The accomodation is only an offer to those who have no alternatives. And if it doesn't interest you now, the offer will stay open should you change your mind." She puts a hand on his comfortingly and leans forwards too. "We do ask that you come with us to our facility in Berlin now, so you can be registered with us and we can consider what parts of the programme might be best for you. After you have talked with our technicians and have chosen your level of involvement you will be free to go about your life."

"I think that would be best."
But it's not that simple. Oh god, the Rage. Not just another conflicting emotion but Gaia driving him to kill for her, and still so much more than he'd ever had to deal with. He hopes she takes the tremors as a continuation of his last episode. A good thing that she'd only seen him in the aftermath of abuse by the restless dead.
He could find where they were, he could disappear or carve his way out, he could come back with the others. There wouldn't be the repercussions that existed here in the police station. Then he could get the Spectres out of him. It's been slow to build up again after all the newness of todays very different interrogation, but Rage is becoming a more and more attractive answer.

They sat in silence for a short time, before the door opened and Mister Gerber returned and sat down beside his colleague. "Our associates will arrive soon with transport for you, you wont be held here for much longer." Miss Oster offered a comforting smile. "Is there anything else you would like to know?"

Kasiya remembers all of a sudden another of his concerns. Two concerns to be precise:
"Yes. My posessions. They were taken from me when I came in. Can you get them for me?"

"That... might be complicated." The two of them shared a look before Mister Gerber continued. "Your posessions have been sent to a forensics lab for analysis, and the police have been very resistant to disclosing information about them. We should be able to reclaim them, but it might take a few days, are they especially important to you?"

Kasiya tries to hide his alarm and fails.
"They should not be left with the police. They are holy to me. They won't even know how much damage they do. Please?"

He frowned and exchanged a look with Miss Oster. "We can try to accelerate their return, but they simply aren't within our reach at the moment." Miss Oster put her hands wide in a placatory gesture. "I'm sorry, our influence here isn't limitless, we have already caused a lot of friction here. We will do everything we can to get them back quickly."

Frustrated once again, Kasiya's fists clench so tightly he can feel the nails bite into his palms. Then, as the feeling of helplessness builds behind his ears, it vents itself in a violent attack on the blameless table as both his fists crash down upon it with all the meagre force he can muster.
Motionless after his outburst as he masters himself, Kasiya keeps his eyes closed and tries not to think how much his unwelcome guest would be enjoying the ride. He forces out the unfamiliar word which, to his continued dismay, he'd found himself using with increasing regularity.
"Sorry."
Opening his eyes, to look at his rescuers, Kasiya's hands are still shaking:
"It's been a bad night. In the cells."
He's pretty sure they understand, or at least know.

The two of them both jumped at the sudden angry outburst, and Miss Oster still looked somewhat alarmed even as Kasiya forced himself to calm down. Noticing his associate's nervous silence, Mister Gerber responded after a few seconds. "That's okay Mister Richter. You wont have to go there again." "Looks like you've got your ticket out of here. Good luck." Anton leant against the wall of the cell, suddenly off in his own thoughts. After a few moments, Miss Oster cleared her throat and stood, clearly still nervous. "I will go and watch for our transport, it wont be much longer, excuse me."
((good point, that was worth a frenzy check, but you're okay))

Luck? I'll need it. I'll make my own.
"Thanks Anton. I'll see you soon."
After that, Kasiya just sits. Staring into space and seeminly divorced from reality. In actual fact he's trying to keep his actions from losing control by deliberately doing nothing. Unfortunately, such tactics rarely work for long. Caged wolves pace the bars.

Kasiya was left to wait for a while. Miss Oster and Mr Gerber returned with a man in uniform, and they proceeded to check Kasiya out of jail. Under normal circumstances, he would have gotten his belongings back. But for now even his fake ID was kept as evidence.
Kasiya wasn't the only one getting a free ticket out of jail. He could feel the ghost's excitement. There was a whole realm of possibilities outside of the police station, and a whole new collection of potential victims.
There was a large black vehicle in the car park, and Kasiya caught a glimpse of a stocky dark-haired driver. The man in the passenger seat stepped out to open the van's sliding door so that Kasiya and his new friends could get in. The van was clean and well-ventilated, but it was still too small and confined for a wolf.
"It's not a long drive," Miss Oster assured him.
And Kasiya didn't have a choice. It was his only way out.

Taking a seat in the van was harder than it had been to get into cars with his fellow Garou, even though he had more space.
Tension escapes him as his heels jitter up and down, no doubt making an annoying and repetetive background noise.
Looking at the other passengers he can't quite steady his thoughts. On the one hand he wants to shift forms and rend their flesh to bloody ribbons before slipping into the Penubra. On the other, he feels he should wait it out and see their facility, get a foot in the door and use the opportunity. It's the human side of his nature, and one that he's swiftly beginning to distrust.
He waits, and tension builds, freedom so close he can taste it, captivity so omnipresent it only fuels his urge to kill.

As he entered the van, Kasiya felt a presence he had not felt in a while, not since he first arrived at the police station. But Fred was here now, close once more, and eager to see him.
"I am happy to see you're safe," he said. "I couldn't follow you inside. Not with all of them in there."
Fred made to follow him into the van, but stopped short. Maybe he suddenly realised something wasn't right with Kasiya. Maybe it was because Miss Oster chose that moment to step inside instead.
"I went to get help," Fred said hurriedly. "But I couldn't find Anna. She is not in the city. And the others couldn't see me."
Mr Gruber got in too and closed the van's sliding door and left Fred standing outside. "The boy is safe," he said. He said something else too, but the door slammed shut just then, and Kasiya couldn't make it out. Miss Oster gave Kasiya a sympathetic smile, seeming to notice his discomfort, although of course she had no idea where it came from.
