This small windowless room is used for interrogations. It has a camera in one corner, a table, and a chair. One side of the wall is covered with a large mirror. Kasiya is dropped off in the interrogation room a little roughly. The humans seem to be very annoyed with him. The police place him in the room without a word.

Not exactly happy with this turn of events, Kasiya sits and waits. Having little knowlege or experienc of the police he couldn't know the hilarity that would no doubt ensue as the officers attempted to use human psychology on him.
As ever Fred makes a reassuring presence, feeding him little snippets of information.
((Edit: Crap, he has the Moongleam also. Don't know if they're searching for jewellery, but it'd be tied around his neck. /me goes off to write down fetishes on my character sheet.))

Kasiya has to wait in the small cramped room while the cops leave him alone. Of course, he is not alone, but this time it's not Fred who is with him. The man in the cell was taller than Fred, blond, and rather well-built. If Kasiya knew anything about fashion, he would've been able to guess that the man died sometime in the earlier half of the twentieth century. He sat in the interrogator's chair while Kasiya waited, smiling in a friendly manner. "What're you in for?" he asked.
((EDIT: Just saw that edit. Sorry. They would have confiscated everything at the station.))

It should have been creepy, instead it felt surreal. Kasiya simply couldn't react to the place as if he were human born. He never grew up amid the TV cop shows. He couldn't even think of the place as a cage, only as a stopping off point. With all that in mind, he didn't know that there would be a video camera and sound recording equipment behind the two-way mirror. In a way, the dead man talking to him is the most reassuring and normal thing that had happened today. He smiles back, glad to pass the time.
"I'm not sure. We were travelling through a checkpoint and the hu... guards decided to stop me. They seem quite upset. What's your name?"
What a pleasant change to meet the dead who aren't after something. And the dark-minded ones aren't usually that composed. That said, humans can be bastards, dead or alive. Take care.

"They get easily upset," the man said. "I'm Anton."
At that moment, the door opened and two detectives stepped in. Anton immediately vacated the interrogator's seat and the older detective sat in it.
"Please state your full name." "As if they didn't know it already," Anton snorted. "It's all part of the mind games. Don't let them intimidate you."

Nodding to Anton, Kasiya answers his reassurance with a smile. This might be fun after all. The first question he'd been reasonably certain of.
"Klaus Richter, and you are?"
He offers a hand across the desk to shake, like he'd seen the humans do all the time. It's petty. But there were rules to this game, and Kasiya didn't know them. One way to find out would be to break them as quickly as possible.
((I'm assuming Kasiya has been uncuffed?))

((Yes))
"I am detective Feldmann," the older detective said. "Are you comfortable? Would you like a drink?"

This suprised Kasiya. He'd expected a little meanness what with the attitude of the guards. It was probably mind games.
"I am, thankyou. I would like some water please."
Kasiya might not be any good at judging mood or saying what people wanted to hear, but he tries to stay polite as he had at the checkpoint. At least there were no guns pointed at him now.

The younger detective nodded and left the room, only to return later with some bottled water. Whether or not they believed his badly pronounced and stuttered name, they didn't show any signs. Detective Feldmann continued.
"Mr Richter," he said. "I know this might be a little difficult to recall, but do you remember where you were on the twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth of last month?"

Stop trying to lie. You're bad at it.
Kasiya doesn't answer the question, he doesn't even know what the date that day is. He has no need to. Instead he frowns as he fumbles to twist the cap off the botle of water. Another thing he hated. Tame water. He sniffs it, wrinkling his nose at the lack of natural smell.
"Do you mind if I ask you some questions first?"
His eyes flicker to Anton for a reaction. Not sure he'll understand it unless it's blatant, but the Wraith had no need to be subdued. Only Kasiya could see him. He's sure he must be breaking the rules now.

"We don't want to waste your time," Feldmann said pleasantly. "Answer the question, and we can have this resolved as soon as possible." Anton continued to watch curiously.

Too nice. Not right. This wasn't Kas' territory. They weren't supposed to be nice to him. He doesn't try and get his head around todays date or how many days ago the numbers they'd just said were.
"I'm sorry but I can't remember. Can I leave?"
It wasn't 'May I leave', a Human would have asked 'Am I under arrest?'. A policeman would probably pick up the inflection. But then he'd probably picked up that Kasiya didn't fully understand the situation either.
You're not my friend. No matter how pleasant you are. You lock us in cages.

((They've read you your rights and told you you're under arrest.))
The detective didn't give up yet. "Do you know what day it is?" he asked.
Anton grinned. "If you're trying for the insanity plea, forget about it. These fascists will lock you up and throw away the key."

Kasiya has to smile a little at the insanity comment. He wasn't the only one in the room who didn't understand the situation, it seemed all of them were missing some facts. Sadly, it might be misconstrued. Despite being pushed for answers, Kasiya forges on, convinced that he's managed to break the rules. Questioning the interrogator had to be naughty.
"Would you please explain to me why I am under arrest?"
Time to call the Glasswalkers.

A brief glance passed between the two, the younger one answered. "You are under arrest because you failed to cooperate when you were asked to come in for questioning." Without giving Kasiya time to respond, Detective Feldmann continued. "So if you would kindly answer the question, can you tell me where you were on the twenty-seventh and twenty-eighth of last month? That is just over two weeks ago." Anton stood to the side and watched with curiosity, but stayed quiet.
No matter how much Kasiya tried to be cocky, being locked in a police station deep in Weaver territory and away from any source of escape was putting him on edge. He had trouble keeping his voice steady and was beginning to sweat under the pressure.
((going to need to burn willpower to stay calm))
