(After the Gathering)
Since Saxon couldn't leave his post, Cloud-Dancer called the pack to meet in the forest where he was standing on watch. She also asked Hands of Mercy and David to come, since this concerned them now as well. The forest was still well-lit, since the sun was only beginning to set. She had the map of the city with her. Apparently she and Vasara had been making some plans before the others showed up.

Hands of Mercy walks up in homid. He dips his gaze to Cloud Dancer then Vassara as he approaches, and comes to a stop a couple of paces back from the map.

Vasara tried to rub his headaches away. The Rites and now talks with Cloud-Dancer had been necessary, but also they had aggravated his headaches. He didn't like too much about what they were going to do, but it was necessary. He had heard about the fate of the retard, and felt a bit quilty about it. He should have snatched him immediately instead of giving him a chance to go out and die. Thinking about retard and dying brought somehow Danny to his mind. Fuck, he needed still to talk with him too. Vasara looked down before facing people arriving.
Vasara nodded at Hands of Mercy as he arrived. He had heard about his honor and burden too. "Your face looks like shit." he said, smirking. "But I heard you got our Banner. I would have hated to see it carried around by a member of another Tribe." It was enough that other tribes had been instrumental in finding it. To see them use it might have been too much for Vasara.
"Good work."

David stepped up beside Cloud-Dancer and looked curiously at the map. He gave a small bow to Vasara since he had defeated David in single combat and wasn't so sure about Hands, but if he was trusted by two whom he respected, Hands might be trusted as well.
Whatever this Banner was, it seemed to be important. However, David said nothing since Cloud-Dancer had taught him a bit earlier on when or when not to speak.

Saxon smiled at Hands. “Yes you did good work there.” He had to admit Vasara was somewhat right, Hands did look like shit but saw no point in commenting about it himself.
As David bowed to Vasara Saxon gave him a curious look and then said, “I am Saxon.”

Since he was spoken to by a superior, David replied to Saxon, "David Verocha, Cub Ahroun of the Silver Fangs. Lord Frostfang if you want to be formal."

"I'll leave you to your pack," Cloud-Dancer said, folding up the map. "Remember to talk to Slit-Throat-rhya about your orders."
She turned to Hands of Mercy and David. "While you are running with Slagbroder, you will help them serve as guardians."
This was hardly anything new. Slagbroder had always been the default guardians of the caern, but she and her pack had to take over the past couple of weeks while they had been sulking in Ragnarok.
"After the pack has decided that your trial period is over, we can perform the rite of totem binding." She tossed David the car keys. "I'll be scouting out the bane again tonight," she said. "You can drive home."
And with that she left.
(ST NOTE: With guardian duty, you can assume 2 nights of proper rest and all regain 2 points of willpower by the moot. If you want new threads for downtime activities, let me know. (Unless you're admins, then just start your own.))
