With Kasiya focusing on Fred, he wasn't quite as aware of his surroundings as he could have been. But even Konstantin didn't see the bullet coming. He heard something, and then saw a spray of blood as Kasiya's left eye exploded. Then he felt he saw something move, a rustling in the trees, for half a second, and then it was gone.
(Kasiya take 5 levels of lethal damage and is stunned and blind in one eye until he heals)

Headshot. Shot for the second time since he landed up in Berlin and the experience didn't get any better. Kasiya drops like a stone as his head is whipped to the side by the shot. His hand comes up instinctively to cover his maimed eye. Through all the pain he doesn't want to move, but staying where he was would make it easy for the gunman to finish him off.
He rolls to the nearest, best cover to avoid the next shot. His words are a little slurred from the concussion of such a massive blow to the head as he calls to Fred:
"Fred! Find it and stay with it. Keep calling out so I can hear where it is and what it's doing."

Konstantin went low as Kasiya went down. Kasiya was moving still so he was fine and didn't need immediate help, so he started moving. "I saw something there." he whispered and pointed at general direction of the place he saw something.
Then he started to move fast, circling from the left to get into the position of the shooter. In the woods shooting was tricky, and shooting a fast moving target should be even more tricky, so he ran as fast as he could when crouching. Anyone with a gun crossing his path would get a decent body slam.

Both Konstantin and Kasiya managed to make a lot of noise as one moved through the forest and the other ducked for cover. Their shooter, on the other hand, moved silently and invisibly, and Konstantin couldn't find him in the darkness. Neither could Fred.
(You weren't at full rage? On the other hand you just about manage to heal one level of damage.)

With no more need to shout, and Fred on the case, Kasiya shuts the hell up and crouches low in cover, keeping quiet and small.
The practiced silence of their attacker unnerves Kasiya a little. If they couldn't find it they had no chance at all. If I were hunting two and had injured one I'd finish it off before killing the other...
He keeps still a moment and the world opens up to him as if he were back in his birth form, colour, scents, sounds, the feel of the air on his face. He takes it all in, seeking any sign of their attacker.

Konstantin walked a circle around the area, moving low and fast. Generally speaking bullets didn't just come from the thin air so shooter had to be somewhere, and still close. He tried to look for any signs of sniper, a area of grass tampered as if someone had lied down on it, freshly broken twigs... anything at all.

Although Konstantin couldn't see the sniper, at least he could track him. He wasn't very skilled, however, and the fire made everything doubly difficult. But then something got his attention. One of the trees had two broken branches. They weren't burnt off, but snapped off.
Kasiya heard the sounds of crackling fires and smelled the scent of burning trees. He could hear the sounds of the firemen and women shouting instructions to each other over the roaring flames.
((I'll count that round as resting in terms of healing. Three levels of lethal left.))

Well, that certainly wasn't what he'd hoped for, but knowing those sounds he could try to tune them out.
Kasiya moves out of his cover, keeping low and staying as quiet as he can, taking advantage of the protection offered by trees and shrubs. He's alert to the sound of small mechanical noises that guns seemed to make and the tangy scent of the oil that was used on them and also looking for their attacker or signs of it's passing with his good eye.
He makes his way toward the sound of Konstantin's passing, figuring that if the sniper tried to flank the Ahroun he had a chance to flank the sniper. It never hurt to keep together either.

Well, if this was the place from where the shot was fired, Konstantin could only try and guess where the sniper had moved. He was quite sure he hadn't seen anyone with rifle from where he came, and it was not likely that sniper would go for Kasiya's direction. So that left out two options. The flank from where Konstantin didn't come or then the sniper had bolted further away.
Flanking for a better shot at Kasiya who apparently still was licking his wounds behind cover seemed more likely than just leaving, so if there was not anything on the ground or trees suggesting otherwise, he would keep his course and eventually return to the place where Kasiya was shot from the opposite direction after making a full circle through the area. He doubted a sniper would be stupid enough to use the same trick twice, but now Konstantin slowed his pace so he could pay more attention also to the trees.

Konstantin moved around, searching actively for the sniper, waiting for her to make a mistake, and she did. As soon as Kasiya moved out of cover, a second shot fired and Konstantin saw exactly where the sniper was hiding. He saw a pair of lambent green eyes peering over the barrel of a hunting rifle from the bushes.
Just as Kasiya was starting to regain his vision, he felt his second eye explode inside his head. Blood trickled down his face, and everything around him was blurry, and all he could see now was some moving shapes and the moonlight..
(Kasiya takes 4 and heals 1. Stunned, and can regain rage.)

With a world of pain all to himself, Kasiya falls to the ground again, survival instincts and Luna's Rage driving him back into the cover he'd just emerged from. Without his sight he couldn't fight at all. He'd only hinder Konstantin or get himself killed if he stumbled around blindly. He didn't even know where the shots had come from.

"There you are..." Konstantin grinned and rushed at the sniper. If he was fast enough, he would bodyslam the sniper and hopefully at least separate the shooter and the rifle.

Kasiya tried to get to cover, but found himself disoriented and unable to walk. He barely managed to crawl a few steps from where he was shot. But he didn't get shot again.
The sniper was too busy trying not to get mowed down by Konstantin. She jumped to avoid the charge, narrowly avoiding bumping into a tree as she did, and took off running into through the forest. Konstantin could see her clearly now. She was carrying a rather large scoped hunting rifle, one that anyone with some money and a licence could get their hands on. She didn't look physically impressive, even in Glabro, and Konstantin had a feeling that if he got in close, he'd get the upper hand easily.
(Kasiya heals 1 level of damage.)
Initiatives: Konstantin: 15 Sniper: 17
Unwilling to get into close combat with Konstantin, the sniper made her escape, running through the forest as fast as two legs could carry her.

Konstantin ran as fast as he could after the sniper, and at the first possible moment he turned the normal hand-movement of running into a vicious backhand-throw. If the sniper looked small, she might be fast, and she might be luring him into a trap. She needed to be slowed down right now. He would still after the throw have the parts of his spear left to do fighting.

With his sight slowly returning and his other senses tuned to a supernatural level, Kasiya hears the commotion and realises that Konstantin had found their attacker.
Hurt as he is, Kasiya isn't willing to let his fellow Garou fight alone, and tries to close the distance. By the time he gets there he might be able to do some good.
((Following as fast as he's able in his mangled state.))
