Micah heads off, tracking the other garou while keeping silent. He paused long enough to shift back to lupus...he could easily shift back if he needed to. And being that big made stealth hard to pull off. He kept going, slowly if needed, trying to catch scent of what the thing was. Wurm tainted? Certainly hope so...finding a friend like this would sure put him in a mood.
He was rather hoping the thing would put up a good fight...stress relief at its best then. Tongue lolled out happily as he entertained just what games he could play with the poor bastard.
As Micah heads further Eastwards, he can start to make out the scent of some other Garou. Oddly, there's more than one, and as he approaches further, the number of weaver spirits drops significantly even though he's still in the city. Micah can't help shake the feeling that he's being watched, but no matter where he looks around he can't see anyone except the gormless smoglings, lurking around the Umbral city.

Micah was starting to think perhaps he should have hung back for the other's. Or possibly at least ...maybe should go back and check up on them? Part of him knew he should do the later...but it was that feeling of being watched that kept him from doing it. Something was here...but what? Using gift's he looked about once more, this time the entire area.

Micah was sure he could smell Garou in the immediate vicinity, and he wasn't wrong. As he turned around, no less than four dire wolves greeted him with bared teeth and angry snarls. They had no visible deformities, but they didn't look friendly at all.
"He's not the one. What do we do with him?" one of them growled at who seemed to be the leader.

His pa was going to sooo kick his tail...Micah hunched down, looking over the other wolves curiously but not showing any hostile reaction. Just his luck....
"Not who? I'm pack from city...Danny's son." Yep, dropping the names, but then most had heard of his dad. Solid gamble. "What's up?" He kept low and respectful, however not stupid. Ready to run, as always.

"A city wolf... leave him be. We have no business with them," the larger wolf growled. He turned to Micah. "Don't get in our way. This doesn't concern you."
Another wolf sniffed the air and growled impatiently. The apparent leader turned around to glare at him before turning around to fix his glare at Micah again.
"We're about to get some unwelcome guests," the smallest of the four barked, sniffing the air again.

Micah sniffed at the air as well, more reaction than anything. Hell, everyone else was...He backed up a bit more at the first statement from their alpha, a bit put off by the attitude. Must be another Get. But...something told him he could possibly be needed.
So, while otherwise staying back, he watched and waited with them...his form growing into that of his war wolf form. Love the umbra...no need to worry about normal's here...nope, got to worry at about just...everything? Sigh..."I'll stay back...how many?"

"At least two... a pack it seems," the smallest one growled warily, speaking to his Alpha, although it was Micah who asked. "Friend or foe? Do we stay and fight?"
"Let them state their business, we run from no one," a female said, speaking for the first time.
"But still this isn't our territory... and we don't know the city, we're not city wolves - " the small one growled back.
"Enough!" Barked the Alpha. He turned around and looked at Micah. "Are you alone? Are there others?"

Micah watched them...understanding clearly now that this must be a wild pack. Maybe...
He turned to the alpha with calm eyes. "I am alone for the moment, my pack and I are tracking a rogue Red Talon. Some mess in the city, killed and let human's see and find. We think spiral or new cub, but no scent yet."
He turned to face where the scents were coming from. "These coming might be spiral from city...best be ready." Course, he was already. He never saw the sense in any other form to fight in other than wolf or bigger wolf. Unless of course, they were crinos. He let his tongue loll out, panting lightly.

"Well what is it then, a Talon or a Spiral, make up your mind, city boy," barked the smallest of the four. The female, however, turned and snarled at Micah, baring her teeth angrily at him.
"The rogue is not your concern," she growled. "As Skull-Crusher said, stay out of this." The way she said it meant that clearly, she was serious about it. The way she bared her teeth at Micah could invite only hostility
"We will deal with that one later," the Alpha, Skull-Crusher, interrupted her and turned again to the smallest wolf. "Well, Little-Griffin, do they carry any taint?"

Saxon grinned in response to Vasara’s comment about being his eyes and nodded rather than answering as he had made a good point about noise.
They ran for a while and then Saxon saw Micah with other wolves. Oh look, Saxon thought Micah has found playmates by the look of it, not Spirals as they where not fighting, but who? Four of them by the look of it, if it came to it an interesting fight.
Saxon grinned as they approached the group and then glanced at Vasara, “Friends of yours?”

"Never seen these before." Vasara growls, keeping his head low to make sure he won't show his throat to the strangers. He changes his shape to match the forms of this outsider pack, turning into huge, pure-bred, grey Dire Wolf, circling his way towards Micah, keeping his eye fixed on strangers.
Another low growl comes from Vasara's throat as he glances quickly at Micah to see is he possibly injured "Are you wounded? Are these threatening you?". Then he keeps looking at these "others" and tries to determine who is their Pack Leader, making sure he won't lock eyes with anyone particular until he is absolutely sure who the Alpha is.
"My deed-name is "Judgement-From-Skies", and I am Son of Great Fenris, born under Half-Moon." Vasara states "And you are on our Pack's territory. Explain yourselves." he keeps looking the statures of these "others" and tries to see if any of they have lots of scars. That is usually a mark of fierce fighter and thus a dangerous foe... or just bad evasive skills...
And right now, Vasara don't give a shit which of those two possibilities is the right one.

Micah felt like that rock in the middle of a hard place. Idiot female was about to get her tail bit off for one. He didn't cower further, instead stood his ground in spite of the drool flying. Sigh...Sometime's his own kind made him feel shame. "It is a Talon, the spiral part is what is in question, or was. However, there are more about than just the one Talon in this city. For one, the Spiral's on the other side of town."
He let his head almost fall when he saw his pack mates coming. Oy vey...fire fire...shit. "My pack all...try not to bite." Shit shit shit...Vas and that female should get on just peachy. "Vasara...Saxon, this here is the wild area pack...looking for their lost Talon, I'd assume." There, let her eat that one. Hated hiding info anyway. No point in it, wasted time for one. "They are searching our pack land for it, so I thought I'd lend a hand...paw...whatever. Not what I was tracking earlier I think though...spiral's might be after their lost one to."

"Well you have one part right, city boy, but you're lost on everything else," the female snarled, her level of hostility not dropping. All her attention was on Micah. The fourth wolf, who had remained quiet until now, kept a wary eye on Saxon, although he did nothing to threaten the large Ahroun.
"I am Skull-Crusher, Ahroun of the Red Talons, Alpha of Griffin's Hunters," Skull-Crusher did indeed look like a powerful adversary. His Hispo form was large and muscular, his jaws heavy, and Vasara could make out at least two visible scars that looked like they might have been caused by Silver. "My pack is on a quest, and we care not for your territory. You think because you beat back the Spirals enough to claim one Caern that you have claim over the city? If we had wanted, we would have the Caern from you in a second. But we don't care for a Weaver-infested hole like this."
Fighting words though they might be, Skull-Crusher seemed to think he was in charge of the situation. He did have the city wolves outnumbered. He spoke mainly to Vasara, as if, now that the Alpha was here, the others didn't warrant his attention.
"Oh yes... they carry taint, it seems. Hmm..." Little Griffin was still sniffing the air. He didn't even acknowledge the two new Garou. "I'd say we make ourselves scarce, no time for a fight."

"Take our caern easily? Less than half of our Strength is here now." Vasara takes over-all look at Red Talon Pack, then looking each one of them closely and continues "I didn't see any of you here pushing back the Spirals." Vasara snarls back at Skull-Crusher, not that intimidated in his presence but still staying very alert. Ahroun is always dangerous opponent in combat. But he also fully knows that any sign of weakness now would endanger whole Territory.
"What is your Quest? This still is OUR territory, whether you are interested in it or not. If you are hunting Wyrm, we will gladly aid you, that is our Duty. We all are from Gaia, and our common enemy is the Wyrm, not each other." Vasara leaves his words hanging in the air, and hopes his final statement has an impact on at least some of the Griffin's Hunters.

Shifting to human Saxon stood with his hands folded in front of him and smiled happily at the one that was watching him. “Respect the territory of others, is that not part of the litany? Of course those that don’t sometimes find themselves wondering how long teeth take to grow back, don’t you find that.”
He grinned, “But of course it is not for us to decide is it, that is the Alpha’s choice. I just want you to know that me beating you to a pulp is nothing personal, that it is purely pack business once Vasara gives the word.”
Actually rather than seeming bothered by the prospect of combat Saxon looked alive and full of beans at the possibility of a right good punch up. Besides a bit of physiological warfare on the enemy never did any harm.
