Hands of Mercy was swiftly at the Rotagar's side as Cloud Dancer emerges from the building. He drops back a little to follow through her charge and hopefully leave the spiders scattered enough for the other two to follow easily behind. As he runs, he grows hugely, the extra mass should hopefully make up for his relative lack of experience in melee combat.
((Hispo, please. I'll blow a Rage if I need it to keep up and shift both.))

The spiders began to close in as their prey showed signs of escape, but Cloud-Dancer and Katrine bolted out of the enclosing trap well ahead of the spiders. Moving slower thanks to his choice of form, Hands-of-Mercy didn't make it out before the spiders were at his flanks, but they were only too happy to ignore him and catch Simeon as he was holding the rear. The pair of them sprayed strands of web over him in an attempt to bind him to the ground, but fortunately most of them missed him and only one of his forelegs and his hindquarters were bound slightly. Though Simeon was slowed down by the webbing, they were all still fast enough to stay out of reach of the spiders now that they had escaped the semi-circle. The spiders stopped chasing shortly, and turned back in unison to head back towards the building.
Rage spent for Hands I'm assuming you all cut the mental connection there, since it would've really impaired your ability to run out quickly Simeon is at -2 to all actions for the webbing that did hit him, and someone will need to help to rip it off

Hands of Mercy slips back further to help Simeon, and if the Strider pauses long enough to let him, now the pursuit is stalled, he immediately sets to tearing the webbing away with his teeth before shifting back down into Lupus.

Cloud-Dancer slowed down and looked around at Simon. "Need help?" she barked, letting him catch up and taking a look at the webbing. When Hands of Mercy offered his, she just slowed to a halt instead.
She'd never met a Strider who couldn't run, so she guessed he'd taken the rear voluntarily. "Nasty metal buggers," she said. "We're going to need to get help on this one." She looked at Hands of Mercy. "You were right. Whatever is in there, it's tormented. It shouldn't be here at all." She looked around at them, making sure they were all ok. "Always kill the scout," she said. "Stops it coming back with friends. Let's go find Slagbröder."

Katrine nodded “We wanted to avoid drawing more attention; they might get real aggressive if we attacked, if we did not pose a treat to their work they might let things be.” Following right behind Cloud as they where running

It was almost comical as Simeon lifted each foot to shaking it, even though he knew it wouldn’t remove the webbing. He was most grateful for Hands of Mercy’s help in the removal. Many thanks was his simple reply. Once the webbing was off her gave himself a ‘once over’ before looking over at Cloud-Dancer.
I will remember that Rhya, after all experience is a fine teacher. Did you see what was in there? He asked in curiosity as he looked over his shoulder at the offending building with a jaundiced look.

Hands of Mercy snorts, a lupus laugh, or maybe he's clearing the last of the webbing from his mouth, it's hard to tell. "I think Cloud Dancer-rhya was referring to us," he says in Katrine's direction. Then he also takes off to follow his elder.

She followed the pace, yet kept her eyes out for anything. Simeon amused her, but she was not letting it get in the way of them getting safely to find the others

"I saw a lot of angry vines," Cloud-Dancer said. "A spirit tormented by its own presence in the weaver's hole."
She looked at the three of them. "Can any of you sense taint?" mostly she was asking Simeon and Hands of Mercy. Some metis learned to do it, regardless of their auspice, and most Striders.

"Not me." Hands of Mercy once again thinks back to any tales he might know. Something has brought a Wyld-spirit into the Scab against its will, and it's trapped, surrounded by Weaver.

The fact he finally got a reaction from hands, made Simeon grin a wolfish grin. Sometimes people, and garou, took things too seriously. Maybe all tribes should set their cubs to wandering, not only did it build character but a sense of humor. The thought of Erik traveling as he had, made that grin grow wider...he would learn manners better if he was forced to live in the good graces and charity of others.
Simeon shook his head in Negation. Sadly no, owl is pulling me in a different path it seems. he made one last glance back at the building before turning his attention back to Cloud-Dance. Back to the other side and the Caern then Ryha?

Just picking her mind. If I where to attack someone, I would make a lot of trouble to draw the attention away from what I was doing. It had properly crossed their minds already, but she wanted it out there before they found the other pack

"Not the Caern, Ragnarok," Cloud-Dancer said. She picked a direction and started walking. "It's a bar that belongs to Judgment-from-the-Skies. They have been using it as headquarters recently. We can come back for the car later." She looked at Katrine and considered her point. "Quite," she said. "And sometimes it's best to cut your losses and run once you've been spotted. Another two or three seconds and we would have had to fight our way out." She looked at Hands of Mercy. "Good thing you let me know," she said. "The mind link is a good thing to have, but it can be difficult to focus on matters at hand at the same time. That's why I broke the connection. Anyway, let's head out and find Judgment-from-the-Skies. We'll go back for our weapons afterwards. If we want to get in there long enough to get his Theurge to question the Spirit, then we're going to have to be prepared." >>Next Post<<But feel free to follow up the conversation there if there's more to be said.

The group, now eleven with Anna and Nadezhda joining them before they left, made their way back to the company building through the Umbra. They stopped to pick up their weapons from Cloud-Dancer's car on the way. Jess and Jona didn't get to ask anything on the way. They didn't even get to learn anyone's names, although it was obvious that Cloud-Dancer was leading the group. She spent the whole time explaining the situation to Anna and letting her know what she needed to do.
By the time they neared the edge of the storm, Cloud-Dancer had to shout to be heard over the wailing.
(Newbies: Description is on first page)
"Get in and out as quickly as you can," Cloud-Dancer shouted. "Hands of Mercy, you and Simeon stay back. Try to lure them away while the rest of us hold the entrance. Shoot them. Simeon, you cover him. And by Fenris, kill the bloody scouts. If you get swarmed, fight in narrow confines. Katrine, flank me." She didn't tell the Wissenfalken how to fight. They could coordinate better than she ever could. After all, they were bound as a pack.

"Open the way. We are ready." Vasara snarled in his huge crinos-form that started to grow warts in it's thickening skin.
"Saxon and Nadezhda, surround Anna and Kamut with me. Kamut and Anna, keep your eyes open and prepare for some fast healing." Vasara repeated his last instructions.
When the way was open, the Pack would enter and face whatever was inside.
((ooc: spend gnosis to activate Trollskin, is Strenght of Purpose usable?))
