"Well if his mates have come out to play, so much the better." Saxon smiled, "Save us the trouble of crossing the wall looking for them." He gave Anna a considering look and then nodded as if to himself. It seemed he would have to get to know his packmates better, that way no surprises.
Although a one to one with Nadya was an unsettling thought, mainly because keeping her from his throat would be a challenge.

"As long as we are prepared to face more Spirals than we will face, we should not get in trouble." Vasara looked around for Cloud-Dancer. "Where is everyone?"
Vasara went into his former bed and took his old, faded-green rucksack to his shoulder. "We haven't been out of here even our first night yet and already the caern looks deserted." Well, Vasara wasn't looking TOO closely, but there was eery silence around. "Did we miss Moot or something?"

They didn't have to wait long before Cloud-Dancer stomped into the Library and looked to be in the foulest of moods. She was radiating rage, and for a Rotagar that was quite an achievement. She stopped to look at the pack and give them a look that acknowledged their presence. Then went back to fuming.

Kamut has nothing in the library, his clothes and his knife are his only posessions. So he sits and reads while they sort themselves out. He glances up at Cloud-Dancer's entry, but thinks better of interrupting her fuming.

It was always fun to go out and poke angry, higher-ranking Fenris. Vasara took a deep breath and approached Cloud-Dancer. (ooc: Strength of Purpose?) "Hey! Either someone has pissed on your cereals or then you must have met Danny's new protege. If you haven't met him yet, your day will turn even worse later." Vasara was not sure should he smile or snarl, so he kept his face as formal as he could "He lives only because I failed to defeat Danny on Challenge. Sorry for that, next time I make sure we will fight." Vasara was still feeling awkward for losing to Strider, even if that Strider was way above him in ranks.
"Anyways, the rest of us are still fighting Wyrm instead of protecting it." Vasara took more serious tone on his voice "And we need someone who knows Rite of the Questing Stone to kill the Spiral who defeated Dammerlicht. He has support of Fallen Ratkin, who has been smuggling the Spirals to West somehow. We are ready for war and we must get them both to cut their way for entry and escape."
"Can you help us?"

Nadya had left some of her stuff by her bunk upstairs, and returns downstairs with a kit bag. She's about to bother the kid and find out what he's got his twisted nose stuck into when Cloud-Dancer arrives. "You look like you need to get laid."

"Hmph, I need to get some Spirals between my claws," Cloud-Dancer said. She frowned at the mention of Danny but didn't say anything about the Athro. "You know this one's name?"
She looked curious, and that was enough to mellow her out a bit. The prospect of tearing the Spiral to shreds was a good one.
"I can track him across the city if you tell me everything you know about him. And his rat."

Anna was a little taken aback by Cloud-Dancer's apparent rage. She didn't ask what happened to Tristain. Partly she wanted to, but it wasn't the right time. She focused on answering the question.
"His human name is Matthias," she said automatically. "His deed name is Inner-Light. The rat's name is Gabriel, he's a low ranked Ratkin who used to guard the East gate."

Yvonne arrives slightly after Cloud-Dancer, but somewhat less angrily. She was more bewildered than infuriated by Kasiya's continued lack of any honour. It was bad enough that he'd accused her of lies for disagreeing with him, even with Danny and Adiyah behind her who he had effectively accused of lies by proxy. Now he's defending those already admitted guilty. Hearing what Anna says as she arrives causes her to look up sharply and derail her train of thought. She doesn't know if the others have found out yet exactly how Anna knows that, and she's hoping they wont ask. With that in mind, she changes the subject. "I think it's more important that we find out how they got here in the first place than hunting them down."

Saxon looked curiously at Cloud Dancer, sure had one on her, best let Vasara deal with her. He nodded a greeting to Yvonne and then replied to her.
"Both are of importance, no doubt the Spiral is planning more attacks on our kin. So we need to persuade him otherwise, ripping his head off will probably do it. But it seems that it is the rat that has been getting them through. So with him we shall have a little talk before we hand him over to his ex-comrades. I doubt they will be merciful."
He studied Yvonne before adding, "With Vasara's permission you could join us. You have seen him when he attacked your pack and that could be useful." But he kept the rest of his thoughts to himself, that if she felt any kind of dishonour, not that she should, a gift was a gift, but people always blame themselves, then being there adding her claws to the kill should ease them.

Cloud-Dancer looked up at Yvonne. "Once we find him we'll rip the answers from him," she said. She would have suggested asking Danny for help on that, since she didn't know many people who could lie to him, but like Vasara she wasn't set on asking anything of the Striders for a while.
She looked back at Vasara and then at Anna, not sure which of them to ask, and really curious as how they knew what they did. She didn't ask though. "Tell me everything you know about him. What does he look like? Do you know his rank? Auspice? Everything."

Kamut looks up at the discussion, and nods faintly at Cloud-Dancer's claim confirming his hopes. Though he listens carefully, one hand holding the book he was reading down, he doesn't interrupt the discussion.

Vasara just nodded approvingly to Saxon and Yvonne. She was an ahroun, after all, and needed her rematch with this Spiral to save face of her pack. Then he looked at Anna for details on Spiral "I do not know anything on them, but Anna does. Do you happen to know anything about his pack?" It was hard for Vasara to believe that Spirals attacked with just two-member Pack "Why did only two Spirals come across instead of larger group? I would have attacked with splitted forces on separate targets to draw defences away and then regrouped and attacked the heart of the enemy." It would be strange if Spirals had larger pack at their use and attacked to West still with just two members. It just felt wrong. But then, who really knew about those Wyrm-wolves, Vasara thought as he prepared two Molotovs cocktails. "When we move, it would be safe to assume that caern is under direct threat."
"Cloud-Dancer-rhya, do you think you could teach this Rite to some of us so we don't need to poke you every time we need to find someone?"

Nadya groans at Cloud-Dancer's response. "Too fucking true." A couple of humans and a fomor had barely qualified as a starter course. At Vasara's query she shrugs. "Maybe it has something to do with how they got here? Plus there was the rat, that makes three."
She puts the bag on the table Kamut is reading at and takes a seat beside it, looking at Anna. "So he introduced himself before picking you up and knocking you out? Why didn't he just kill you anyway? I mean if I was in enemy territory playing guerilla tactics I wouldn't mess around trying to keep a Garou captive. Far too much trouble when it's only me and a ratkin."
