Danny led the way outside, followed (hopefully) by the five Garou and the two cubs. He motioned for Martin and Torsten to stand a little back and watch. Then he turned to the Ritemaster and waited for him to lead the rite.
(You can consider everyone here and start. The others will catch up when they do.)

Vasara yawned as he walked to the back yard, putting his third cup of coffee to small table that stood right next the back door with two chairs. His sleeping had been lousy for days now, and if he recalled it right, he went to sleep when night was already turning into morning. Good thing was that a wolf could keep going for days if needed, and who were more wolf that Fenrir, the only tribe that actually followed the Great Wolf as totem? Vasara's propaganda was working in his mind and he felt a little more awake. At least he had had some sleep and besides, he could sleep almost anywhere if opportunity came.
Vasara pushed his earthly thoughts aside. Even if he knew a Rite or two himself, these things were most of the time beyond his understanding. But what he knew about Rites was that every participant should be present, and not focusing on some other trivial matters.
Subconsciously he scratched his bare skull. It was still itchy where his flesh tried to heal in vain. He was starting seriously to doubt that his healing powers could ever fix it.
Another Glorious day in Honor of Great Mother he thought and looked at the sky, with a rare, warm and sincere smile on his face.

Sakura wasn’t sure if she should follow or not, so as any good fox would do, she followed. She had never seen a western Garou ritual and was curious. Keeping well to the back in what she hoped was a respectful distance, she watched with great interest. She could almost feel her tails twitching, if she had them in this form. As it was her eyes were bright and she was very alert.
Maybe this would give her an idea of why she was here. She knew it had something to do with a fox spirit…if only she new what. She didn’t want to feel ungrateful for being chosen for this particular journey…she had just hoped for a bit more excitement. Not too much…just something worth making a tale about.

He followed the others out and stood by Vasara watching the ritual. Whilst rituals where a large part of a Garou's life Saxon had always taken the view that leading the charge was the Ahroun's place rituals where totally the Theurges.
So he was content to stand and watch, although the main part of his attention was on the Sakura, She had yet to prove she was trustworthy, she was on parole as it where.

Kamut's suprise that the Rite had not, after all, been completed was not noticable. While he waits for the Ritemaster to instruct them on their parts in the Rite he looks around at the others, who were taking reflective, curious and suspicious looks in an apropriate measure. Certainly nothing suprising or likely to disrupt proceedings.

The only thing that stops Nadya from saying 'I could of done it five times by now!' was her own blind ignorance on ritual matters. She instead stands just barely outside the door with her back to the wall and arms crossed impatiently.

Centre of attention. Not his favourite place, but Kasiya deals as best he can.
Kasiya squats where he had before, holding twine and stone still hidden between his palms. Composing his thoughts for a moment, he then organises his 'assistants'.
"Cubs, sit beside me. Everyone else form a circle."
He wasn't aware if anyone wasn't going to participate, so makes no exceptions. To the youngsters he continues in a low voice as the others take their place.
"I don't know how much either of you know yet, so I will be brief. Rituals tie the Garou to the Spirits and them to us. We use them to honour the spirits and to ask their help. Today we ask for help. We are asking spirits of the hunt to... empower this stone to find someone."
He opens his hands and lets the stone swing freely on it's cradle, casting his eyes around as he does.
Every tribe a different ritual a different way. But we're all Homid today, so we shall chant. For each to do it his own way would be a disaster.
Raising his voice he addresses the group again.
"Each of our tribes would carry out the Rite of the Questing stone a different way, with different tools, so my way may be unfamiliar to the Fenrir or the Shadow Lords or the Bone Gnawers. I mean no offence to you when I do this but I shall tell you what I require. We shall call the spirits of the hunt with a chant. I need you to repeat it over and again while I speak the words of the Rite as it was taught to me."
Unless there are objections or questions, Kasiya proceeds to run over the words and rhythm of the chant, a sequence of ten words in the Garou tongue at a set pace.
((Sorry for the extreme delay, I've been rather ill.))

With everyone assembled and and cubs watching, Kasiya started the rite. It wasn't difficult to contact the Umbra in a highly spiritual place as the Caern, and very soon the chanting took effect. Even the least attuned of them could start to feel the spiritual energy: leaves started to rustle, and the stone began to spin.
And the spirits began to guide them.
Those taking part could sense the location now, a place in the heart of the city where tall buildings clustered, spreading an unnatural taint. Those who had been in Berlin longer recognised the area. Vasara probably even remembered that it wasn't far from a certain restaurant where he and Kaleb had their first encounter with Ilya. The cubs (and those not actively taking part in the ritual) could only watch for now.
((Hope you're feeling better.))

Ahhh, the rush of power, and it was a rush. To have the spirits reach into this world from the other through him makes him feel truly alive.
Speaking the final words he shapes the power of the Rite into it's final form, focussing it into the stone that dangles from his fingers. As the sense of knowing that imbues them all fades, it sinks into the stone, which takes on a life of it's own, pointing towards Jan Stoltz. His words of thanks go largely unnoticed, phrased as they are in the spirits' own tongue:
"Spirits of the Hunt I thank you. We will find our lost Kin and take our prey swiftly with your aid."
Kasiya holds up his questing stone, which unerringly points toward their goal. Satisfied that it has worked this time, he looks around.
"The Rite is complete. You all did well. We have what we need."
((The only downside to feeling better is that I have to go back to work. D'oh!))

Vasara stood up and recalled his little adventure at O'Tolleys. "I think I know this place, I killed a fomor or two near it with Kaleb, Ilya and the crazy rat-chick long time ago." He nodded to Kasiya to show his gratitude for the Rite that really saved lot's of time and trouble.
There was no point on waiting anymore. "Let's get moving. I think we need more vehicles in future, but I suppose we all get a ride in Saxon's truck and one can ride with me on my Harley. I there's no point really trying to go through the Umbra, the Gauntlet would make travel quite difficult for few of us. Now get you gear and let's move!"
Vasara walked to the front of the Caern and got on his Harley, kicking the engine on. He checked he got his heavy-bladed puukko with him and closed his eye to make a clear mental image of the Berlins map for himself to figure out the best possible route to their prey.

Danny nodded. They had gotten what they needed, and most importantly, they had done it as a Sept, together, even if it was only a Mystic Rite. "Try not to pick up any more crazy stragglers," he said. He was immensely relieved. This meant that Jan was still alive, despite the long delay in finding him. "Be careful out there," he said, mostly out of habit. "Not you," he added to the cubs, who suddenly looked massively disappointed. "You're not going." As Vasara lthe others off, he turned to the Fox-changer and the remaining Garou. "Let's go back inside," he said. "It looks like rain." And there is much to do, as always.(For the pack, you can start your search here) (For the others, we can pick this up inside.)

As they're about to live, Nadya remembers the message she was supposed to leave and looks back at Danny. "Some rat-bitch turned up yesterday. She really needs to get over her inferiority issues." Nadya grins and for a moment looks like she's going to leave it at that. "But she said she'd be hanging around Tiergarten at noon." As she continues on with the others, she can be heard muttering. "Maybe tell some fomori where she is..."

"Karin," Danny said. There was no other "rat-bitch" with the nerve to show up and antagonise random Get of Fenris. "If only," he added, half to himself. "Thanks though."
He turned to Yvonne. "That doesn't give you much time," he said, stepping inside.

Later...
Martin followed Torsten and Nina outside, probably because there was nothing better to do, and he hated being cooped up between four walls.
"Well, that concludes our tour," Torsten said, having shown her around the scores of bookshelves, the kitchen, and the large wooden table where the important meetings were conducted. "Except for upstairs, if you want to see that. But it's just more books, a bunch of bunks, and a bathroom."

Nina had walked around the Library, trying to take it all in. When little Martin came out to join them, she really wanted to ask him about the Black Spiral Dancers. But she wasn't sure if that was polite.
"So you're really new to all this?" she asked Torsten instead. "You seem to..fit in so perfectly."
