The main entrance leads straight into the library. The main reading area consists of shelves of books and a number of comfortable chairs. There is also a small staircase that leads upstairs and a door that leads to a tiny kitchen.

Kamut steps inside the library and holds the door for Sakura. "The Warder is out on business at the moment and the others are discussing a private matter, so I am sorry to say only I am available at this very moment." Though he certainly wished he could return to them and apply a certain amount of reason to their plans, something that seemed unlikely from their past behaviour. "Do please take a seat, would you care for coffee?"

She absently nodded her thanks even as she wondered where the 'others' were and what they were discussing. It was enough to make her want to go crazy with curiosity. But she was quickly distracted when she saw the books. She made a straight line to one of the shelves a slight smile on her face.
"Coffee?" she turned and looked at Kamut quizzically "Oh...no thanks you..Water please if you don't mind." She glanced at the books once more before looking back at the metis "May I?" she asked obviously meaning the books that seemed to hold some sort of fascination for her.

Having had a chance to peruse the books in the week partially on his own and partially with the cub Martin, Kamut knew there was little of danger in the books around them. "Of course, feel free. I will return shortly."
And so he does, stepping into the kitchen only briefly to collect a glass of water for the guest. Though he was confident she was up to no harm he would never live it down if he'd carelessly let a problem into the caern unnoticed. Even someone with a past record like Kasiya would be able to get at him for that one.
He stands near Sakura with the glass of water extended in one hand, though she might not notice immediately if she were too heavily involved in a book. He observes her closely for a moment, considering her apparent preoccupation for the uniting of the breeds and the various reasons a fox-shifter would ever risk encountering Garou he could hazard a guess at the reason for her arrival. "What brings you to Berlin and our Caern then? I do not imagine you would make such a long journey out of idle curiosity, though that would not be unwelcome from your kind. The changing breeds have been too far apart for a very long time."
((fatal flaw on Sakura, oh I love this gift))

She looks over her shoulder at him, her eyes narrow a glimmer of mischief and mystery in them as she looked him over as well. Turning around fully, and pulling her mind from the books she smiled.
"I am Kataribe...A bard. I watch, I learn and I tell tales. I am here chasing a dream." She took the water from him, once more inclining her head in thanks. She would have liked tea, but since her taste was for green tea and not many kept such things she had kept her request simple. "Maybe for those that live outside the beast courts...but within, we have worked together for many years." Her voice wasn't condescending, if anything it was sad, for not many knew that the Hengeyoki too had a secret war to hide.
"And how long will the leader of the dragon nest....caern be gone?" She wasn't so overly careless or silly as to say too much, plus there was a chance that this was merely a stop over and she was going to move on yet again.

Kamut smiles as she introduces herself further. "Someone who seeks knowledge, as do I. Danny, the Caern Warder, will not be gone long I imagine. Perhaps we could share some knowledge in the meantime, if you do not find me objectionable?" Though Kamut tended to seek the form of knowledge no-one else wanted him to have, such a foreign source would undoubtedly know things secret from Garou even if they were public knowledge to herself. "The beast courts? I apologise, but I am not familiar with the term."

Taking a sip of the water she smiled at him over the rim of the glass. She thought a moment. How was the best way to explain a concept that alien to those who knew nothing about it. Licking her lips "The beast Courts are a common system of cooperation...a system that has been in place since before human history. All breeds work together. The Dragon nests, that which you call caerns are...belong to everyone and we all work to protect them."
Pausing she tilted her head slightly to let him digest what she had just told him. It would be easier to answer his questions than to delve so far that she lost him totally.

"All the breeds? That must be a fascinating sight." Kamut considers what little he knows about the other changing breeds and decides that Sakura seemed expectant of ignorance so it would do no harm to satisfy her suspiscions. "I admit I am sadly not very familiar with all of them. Information on them is scant. I know of your own Kitsune of course and then the Ajaba, Bastet, Corax and Gurahl. Some Gurahl are, I hear, known to settle somewhere near Berlin. The Ratkin are quite prominent here like many cities, but of course you have met some of them already." He had heard more, whispers of sharks and lizards taking the form of man, but he did not know enough to suggest their existence in all confidence. "It is of course the way things were always intended, for us all to work together. Past mistakes have driven us all apart, much like the inner strife amongst our own breed only far more severe."

Vasara came to library from kitchen, rubbing his neck and a thoughtful but worried look in his face. He looked at the strange woman chatting with Kamut measuring her appearance and bodylanguage. He was quite sure she wasn't a gurahl.
"I am Judgment-From-Skies, Son of Fenris, the ranking wolf here at the moment, at least until Danny returns. I am also a busy man and leaving soon so I get straight to the point." Vasara raised his good eye to meet hers "Who the hell are you and what do you want from us?" Vasara said with cold but maybe a bit curious voice.

Micah had followed Vas to the library, nodding. "True enough...one would be far more a happy task..." He caught the tone and looked over at yet another new face. This one didn't get even a welcoming smile...she was just to odd looking. Far to many new members...just didn't sit well with him. Patient, he let Vas handle the girl and just watched off to the side.

Danny arrived just in time for the newcomer's big "interrogation". He walked into the Library, carrying one of the duffel bags, and there was a stranger with him. The stranger, a boy of sixteen, had bright red hair and was fairly well-built for his age. He too was carrying a duffel bag.
Danny stopped in the doorway, not quite knowing what he was interrupting. "Good morning," he said. "Torsten, meet the pack."
"The bossy one is Judgment-from-the-Skies, he is the pack Alpha," he said, indicating a man with a scarred eye and a bandana. "The big fellow is Saxon, he's an Ahroun like you," he nodded at the large man holding a sawn-off. "And this young man is Shadow-Stalker," he indicated the dark-haired man with the cleft lip. "Micah is a guardian," he said, turning to the shirtless guy with the messy hair. "And Martin is a cub like you, except he was born to wolves, not men." A young boy of about thirteen gave Torsten an uneasy wave and a smile. Finally, Danny looked at the stranger. "And I have no idea who that is, but I would really like to find out," he said.
He placed the bag he was carrying on the floor by his feet. "Everyone, this is Torsten," he said, placing a hand on the boy's shoulder. "Berlin's newest Get of Fenris."

Vasara and Danny were the right ones to talk to Sakura, it looked like his curiosity would have to go on hold for now. He instead turns to Torsten and nods in greeting. "Welcome, Torsten." He glances at Sakura then at Danny then continues. "Danny, this is Sakura, a new visitor to our Caern from the beast courts. I feel it would be best if you talked to her, as the eldest and surely wisest."

Torsten looks about the room, nervous at seeing so many new faces and a sawn off shotgun. Wow!These people are all like me, he thinks. He nods a greeting to each person as Danny introduces them. "Hi there," he said. sounding a little scared. Torsten picks up his other bag and moves towards the boy called Martin. "Hi," he whispers. Not wanting to interrupt the conversation between Danny and the others. "Do you know where I can put my things, and what's the pack Alpha?" he asked with a confused look.

Martin looked a little puzzled that Torsten was asking about that. But of course, he was only just learning that men did things very differently, so their cubs probably didn't know about obvious things as pack dynamics.
"The two-legs sleep upstairs," he said. "The Alpha is the leader of the pack. Like with wolves, but different. If you're in the pack, you follow the leader."
He had never had to explain that before. That's just the way things were. "I am an Ahroun too," he said. "I can show you upstairs if you like." He glanced at Danny briefly for confirmation that they were allowed to leave.

Sakura was hard pressed to not come back with a smart ass remark, this Vasra was obviously someone of importance and she really had no desire to start off on the wrong foot. Then on his heals came another, and then another. It was almost overwhelming, almost. But being raised in the Beast Courts, one got use to large numbers quickly.
When Danny came in she turned her full attention to him. He matched the description she had been given. He was the power here, the one she needed to speak to. She set her glass down and and turned so she was facing him. Her bow was a deep one, one that showed respect to his station. "Konbanwa I am Sakura-san from the Beast Courts of the Far East. I am Kiko Kataribe and I come to your Dragon Nest following a dream. One in which a Shen of a white fox told me to travel to these lands and seek out the sunset people and the shen itself. I am hopeful that you are those I seek."
Straightening back up she she folded her hands in front of her and waited for his reply. She studied him with a frank but open look, much the same way a fox would study something that puzzled it.
